Imagine…
You decide that it is time to refinance your home, but you have to go to a new Mortgage Broker since the last one was not honest and got you into this terrible Option ARM. So you walk into your local Real Estate office and ask to see the resident mortgage broker. They make you walk through a large gauntlet of Realtors, eyeing you down like wolves, until you finally reach the back corner of the office and enter a dark lit room. You hear a raspy voice ask you a few questions about your financial history, but you really can’t understand what is being said and you can’t actually make out the face of the person who said it. Everything in your body tells you that in this one instance in your life you should run; get out of this evil place. But you have nowhere to go. And the only thing you can think while you sit down is, “If only there were a Mortgage Broker I could trust…”

This is where I fit in. My name is Erin Jackson and I’ve been in the mortgage and real estate field for 7 years. Currently, I live and work in Fairview, helping people with all their Mortgage needs. The real purpose of this page is so that you can get to know a bit more about me so you don’t feel like you’re in the dark when you need Mortgage help.

I’ll try to add more things as I think of them. Here’s a few more things to know.

More often than not, if I get together with someone to discuss Mortgages we just meet at Carlinos Coffee shop instead of a dark and gloomy office.

About 8 months ago I hired Charlie Barker to start working with me so we could grow the business more than I was able to do on my own. You may have met him on Halloween last year. He had the free hot chocolate stand. We figured that it would be something nice for the community AND it would help people learn about the community website.

A large motivation for hosting this site was to do something that would benefit the community. So please, let me know if there is anything that you think would be a greater help to the community on this site. And feel free to ask anything you want to about me or mortgages
